Creating an Account

Create an account with Pave.

As a Candidate or Employee

To view an offer letter as a candidate or your total rewards as an employee, you’ll need to create a Pave account. To create a Pave account, navigate to the company's Pave portal. Pave portals typically follow the “companyname.pave.com/signup” formula; for instance for a company named “Pied Piper”, their portal would be “piedpiper.pave.com/signup”.

Once you navigate to the company’s portal, create an account that is associated with the email address the employer has for you -- if you are an employee, that is your work email address. Note that the password must be longer than 8 characters, have at least one upper and lower case character and one special character.

If your email address on file with the employer is a Google account (or Google hosted account), you can use the “Sign in with Google” option, found on “companyname.pave.com/signup” login to create your account.

If you are an employee creating an account, and your email is different than the email address on file in the company’s HR systems, you may be asked to link another email address with the account:

Alternate Email Verification

Once you create an account, an email verification will be sent to that account with the subject “Verify your email for Pave”. If you do not see it within one minute, check your spam folder. Verify your email address by clicking the button in the verification email, at which point a new window will launch and you will be logged in. If a window does not launch, navigate to “companyname.pave.com/login” and sign in with your credentials.

If you're already created an Admin account on admin.pave.com, you do not need to create a new account; you can use the credentials from the Admin portal.

As an HR/Compensation Admin, Recruiter or Manager

To access Pave's Admin portal, where you can set up integrations, manage merit cycle compensation changes or generate visual offer letters, you'll need to create a Pave Admin account. You can create an account by navigating to "admin.pave.com/signup" and creating an account with your work email address.

You will be prompted to provide you First Name, Last Name and the Company name, plus a password. All of the fields are required. Note that the password must be longer than 8 characters, have at least one upper and lower case character and one special character.

If your email address is a Google account (or Google hosted account), you can use the “Sign in with Google” option to create an account.
