We don’t execute typical job interviews at Pave. Instead, we aim to emulate your future day-to-day by offering candidates a transparent look into our processes and the real opportunities we're solving for. At Pave, we value intellectual honesty and transparency, and we bring this to our interview process. Throughout your time interviewing with us, we will be evaluating where you can best make an impact through multiple conversations with your recruiter, hiring manager, peers, and cross-functional partners.
A majority of our roles have 3 to 5 interview rounds. You can expect to hear back from our team within 7 days of application, as well 2 days after each interview round.
We will also use our interviews to determine leveling, which is finalized at the end of your interview process by your hiring manager.
Once we extend an offer, we hope to hear back from you within 1 week. It is extremely important to us that we find a great mutual fit—we’re excited to get to know you!

Culture eats strategy for breakfast.
Every Friday, we all come together for an hour-long team sync. We connect over breakfast, welcome new hires, share business results, discuss our product roadmap, host fireside chats with clients and industry experts, and play Kahoot.
Once a year, our full R&D team comes to San Francisco to accelerate the growth of Pave. Teams pick passion projects and dive-in to fix issues and rapidly prototype new features. Compelling Hack Week ideas make up some of our most beloved product features and internal tools today.
In-person collaboration is vital to building great products. If you live near our offices in San Francisco, New York City, or Salt Lake City, we'll ask you to work onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Our offices are full of energy (and lots of healthy snacks).
