Responsible for embedding directly with customers to design, build, and deploy custom software solutions and integrations that address their specific business needs. Partners with customer teams to understand workflows and requirements, rapidly prototypes and iterates on solutions in production environments, and translates field learnings back into the core product and engineering roadmap. Bridges the company's core product and each customer's unique technical environment to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.
