I credit Pave’s astounding product velocity and agility to the culture we’ve built as a team. We’re a team brimming with curiosity and ambition, which means we’re always challenging the limits to our platform’s functionality to drive new value for our customers. An ever-moving goalpost like this one is powered by unrelenting work ethic, and sustained by a supportive culture. I have the privilege of working alongside some of the most intensely capable yet humble people I’ve met to-date.

There are a handful of SaaS sales teams in the world that are known to be “world class.” These teams earn their claim to fame through an outbound sales motion, extremely high EQ sales reps with industry expertise, and an undeniable “energy” on the floor. And we have the chance to build a world class team of sales thought leaders while changing the world of compensation at Pave.
